The promoters of MindsCue are Psychologist from clinical and counselling background with RCI certification. We take research and quality seriously. Our Career Assessment is structurally sound and consistent with acceptable reliability and validity norms. These assessments have gone through a thorough iterative process of item and factor analysis to improve the structure and characteristics of the assessment with each iteration over the period of 3 years. Systematic reliability and validity tests were conducted on the final item set. Reliability testing of the dimensions conducted over large sample size (N = 64,237) students across India demonstrated an internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha values, observed to be in the range of 0.862 to 0.913 for all the dimensions. Validity tests revealed sound construct structure of the assessment making it suitable to measure the intended.
